I had no idea it had a Portuguese influence, onionie and tangy, loved it. I must order the butter chicken next tine because I can't seem to get it right at home.

I would advise anyone who love an authentic food experience to take advantage of this product. You will not be disappointed, fantastic results, I tried three different flavours and got great results every time
I have only tried one so far but I have to say it was pretty amazing. Easy to follow step by step instructions and a grocery list too. Very impressed.
I found these at the Toronto One of a Kind show 3 years ago. I have been using them since and re ordered many times. Now my friends and family also use them.
We were impressed with the quality of dry ingredients and enjoyed the finished meal but it was not quite to our taste and prefer our standby jar of Sharwood prepared sauce. Wishing you much success!
Was excited to try and have not been disappointed! Flavours are delicious. I have always loved Indian food and getting such an interesting variety with simple easy to follow instructions was irresistible!
Have had 3 so far Aloo Gobi, Korma and Murg (butter chicken). I am writing notes on pkgs so I can know how much of the hot spice to put in next time i make each. I under spiced the first time to be cautious.
The butter chicken is not at all like what I consider to be traditional however, I really liked it.
I have added different veggies to each as I am cooking - easy to figure out at what step - peas, zucchini.
Looking forward to trying the rest of my packets and keeping my favourites in stock.
Loved the rich, creamy sauce this recipe created. The flavours were wonderfully developed. I loved how everything is layered and each Spice packet has its own timing, creating a delicious multi-dimensional experience. I love cooking from scratch to develop flavours but this almost felt like cheating! Can't wait to try the other packets I ordered!
Very much enjoying your nine-pack spice kit. So far we’ve used two packs up and have thoroughly enjoyed them and are looking forward to the next seven. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I love I love the spice mixes. All of the spices have been fresh and very fragrant. The recipes are super easy to follow and the ingredients are truly things most of us have around.
When it comes to customer service, I have never met a more responsive team. For a brief period of time. I thought that the package had been porch pirated. As soon as I spoke to customer service about it, they immediately said about sending out a second package. It turns out that the master spice order had been tucked away so all was well but customer service was so quick to respond. It was incredible.. customer service was so quick to respond. I have been using your product for a couple of years now and the Korma is by far my favourite. I have been known to change the nut ingredient to cashews at times, which makes for a deliciously creamy dish. Anytime I’ve made any of your dishes for company, they are always a hit. You’ve got a customer for life.
I couldn't be more impressed with this Company or the spices they offer. I find it tricky to get authentic Butter Chicken flavors in Canada which is why I thought I would give this spice a try, and I'm happy I did! When I made it, my husband said it was just like eating out at a fancy restaurant! And you don't even need to use chicken if you don't want to, it works for vegetarians too :)
The Korma was delicious and easy to make and served 5. Ideal.
I love the taste and variety. I would never have done these recipes without the packages.
While this was really tasty, it’s not like any Korma I’ve had in any Indian restaurant, anywhere. This recipe is made with coconut milk. Normally a korma is made with heavy cream or yogurt, and the taste was ‘different’ than what I expected. I would buy it again though.
We love these curries - simple, so flavourful and delicious! We are regular customers and make sure we always have packages available
The spice blends are perfect. I have never cooked Indian but order it in often. Never thought I could cook something to compare to restaurant food but it does!!

I've tried three of the packs (I bought the set of 9) butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and aloo gobi. I've wanted to experiment with cooking curry for a while but was intimidated by the amount of spices I'd have to buy and then you never get through it all! We love to eat Indian food from restaurants but it's expensive and with restaurant food I think you're always getting more butter and salt which makes it less healthy. My family has really enjoyed the ones we've tried so far, they're so easy to cook and the ingredients are things I tend to have on hand anyway. Success!
