Love it so much, we brought it south!

I discovered Master Indian spice at a Christmas fair in Moncton and instantly fell in love with it. My husband spent his career in western Canada and dined in many Indian restaurants, and he has been missing this since moving east. The first time I prepared the Butter Chicken, he said it reminded him of being back in BC. We recently travelled south to escape Eastern Canada’s winter, and I brought ten Master Indian spice kits with me. We always look forward to “Indian night” in our condo.

This is the 2nd time ordering . First time we only ordered the Butter Chicken. This time we ordered all the flavors and so far we love all of them !
The order came quickly and gave us updates on when it would arrive .

Not as expected ☹️

I was so excited to prepare the Butter Chicken meal for dinner. We are fan of Indian cuisine so we know what to expect. I followed step by step the instructions to make sure to get it right. I didn't taste it before serving the plates (with rice and Naan bread) so I was depending on my Spouse and Son for an honest taste test. So, first time we had a Butter Chicken that didn't taste like it. The sauce taste way too much tomatos (again, I followed the instructions...750 ml of tomato sauce). I would see that type of sauce on pasta, as an Italian dish. Don't get me wrong, the meal was still good but not as a Butter Chicken. That is my honest review.
