Three of Nine

Was excited to try and have not been disappointed! Flavours are delicious. I have always loved Indian food and getting such an interesting variety with simple easy to follow instructions was irresistible!
Have had 3 so far Aloo Gobi, Korma and Murg (butter chicken). I am writing notes on pkgs so I can know how much of the hot spice to put in next time i make each. I under spiced the first time to be cautious.
The butter chicken is not at all like what I consider to be traditional however, I really liked it.
I have added different veggies to each as I am cooking - easy to figure out at what step - peas, zucchini.
Looking forward to trying the rest of my packets and keeping my favourites in stock.

Awesome Indian food kit!

Very much enjoying your nine-pack spice kit. So far we’ve used two packs up and have thoroughly enjoyed them and are looking forward to the next seven. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The hot spice being on the side is perfect, enabling anyone to control the spiciness of the food. Thanks again

Impressed so far!

I've tried three of the packs (I bought the set of 9) butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and aloo gobi. I've wanted to experiment with cooking curry for a while but was intimidated by the amount of spices I'd have to buy and then you never get through it all! We love to eat Indian food from restaurants but it's expensive and with restaurant food I think you're always getting more butter and salt which makes it less healthy. My family has really enjoyed the ones we've tried so far, they're so easy to cook and the ingredients are things I tend to have on hand anyway. Success!
