It was delicious

I made the Vindaloo and Tikka Masala for myself and friends. Everybody loved it!
I am a bit of a purist when it comes to cooking. But I do not consider it cheating using these spice mixes, it saves me having bottles of spices (which have a short life) and supplies me with fresh spices each time. My only complaint is the hot spice is not hot enough. The actually would have to fill the sachet for my friends and I. But we adapt by adding more Thai chili's.

Wonderful spices.

I love the spice kits. Use them at least weekly if not twice a week! Favourite is the Korma. Flavourful. Easy to make.
