Thought we’d give it a go….

My wife spotted this company via social media and suggested we give it a try. We’ve only had one pack so far, which we chose to contain a Butter Chicken, Korma, and a Tikka. I cooked all three dishes, and my wife loves them all. So much so she would like us to look at what other options are available.
Simple and easy to cook. Really recommend trying.

Korma Curry

It was delicious

I made the Vindaloo and Tikka Masala for myself and friends. Everybody loved it!
I am a bit of a purist when it comes to cooking. But I do not consider it cheating using these spice mixes, it saves me having bottles of spices (which have a short life) and supplies me with fresh spices each time. My only complaint is the hot spice is not hot enough. The actually would have to fill the sachet for my friends and I. But we adapt by adding more Thai chili's.
